PAMELA GRAY WILLCOX
I’m a UX/UI Designer that truly believes great customer experiences don’t just happen. They’re planned, designed, and mindfully delivered. UX/UI skills and research, combined with my Graphic Design background in print, branding, and customer relations experience, give me a unique insight into the customer experience. It’s at this intersection, that I’m passionate about working to help companies create a product that will delight and amaze customers as well as encourage trust and brand loyalty.
I am a seasoned Graphic Designer and I have recently upgraded my skills through Career Foundry in their UX/UI Immersive program. I have worked on several projects end-to-end creating meaningful experiences through user research, competitive analysis, personas, user testing, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and human-centered design. Intentionally designing with a mobile-first approach in an agile environment. This includes creating Design Style Guides, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and experience working with developers.
Recent Projects:
• Used my UX/UI skills to help a financial planning education company transition from in-person to an online course platform. I did user testing, user flows, advised them on instructional video revisions, created the company logo, brand, and collateral promotional pieces.
• Illustrated and designed an ESL (English as a Second Language) 3 book series. These books were printed in China and distributed to Chinese school children to help them learn English.
